SAFETEEN, a free responsible driving program for parents and teens, is a community service offered by Duke Agency. The SAFETEEN Driving Program is intended to bring an awareness of the difficult and sometimes dangerous nature of driving as it relates to new drivers.

We often take for granted the everyday habit of driving and how much attention it requires to be a safe driver. Teen drivers suffer more fatalities, as well as non-injury crashes, for two reasons:
     1.  IMMATURITY
     2.  INEXPERIENCE

We hope the guidelines established in this program will give you, the parent, the tools you need to assist your teenager in becoming a more experienced and responsible driver. The end result will be a "SAFETEEN" –" A teenager who survives the learning experience of driving an automobile.
